Ingredients

  • Beef (Shin thigh/Shank Meat) 1 kgs

  • Onions (sliced) 4 nos

  • Chilli powder 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Corriander powder 1/4 tsp

  • Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp

  • Oil 1 tsp

  • Nihaari masala 1 1/2 tbsp

  • Tomato puree 2 tbsp

  • Wheat flour (braiae in lil ghee til nice aroma arises add a cup of water n make paste) 5 tbsp

  • Ginger (flakes) 1/2 nos

  • Garlic cloves (chopped) 9 nos

  • Nihaari Masala:Cardamons 5 nos

  • Sticks of Cinnamon 2 nos

  • leaf of All Spice 1/4 nos

  • Tej patta 1 nos

  • Fennel seeds 2 tbsp

  • Cummin seeds 1 tbsp

  • Cloves 6 nos

  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp

  • Nutmeg 1 nos

  • Corriander seeds 1/2 tsp

    Fry onions til browned up like birista add meat n saute til meat has bkum brown add chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, corriander powder, ginger garlic paste, ginger n garlic flakes n hlf of nihaari masala mix well add 4 glasses of water n mek a cloth bag put de rest of nihaari masala n seal it den lower it in meat n let cook til meat is soft....

    if using pressure cooker put 2-3 glasses of water....

    add flour mixture n tomato puree n simmer....

    garnish wid slivered ginger, birista, chopped green chillies n corriander leaves

    Nihaari Masala:roast oll on a pan til aroma arises let it cool den dry grind it....
