Fry onions til browned up like birista add meat n saute til meat has bkum brown add chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, corriander powder, ginger garlic paste, ginger n garlic flakes n hlf of nihaari masala mix well add 4 glasses of water n mek a cloth bag put de rest of nihaari masala n seal it den lower it in meat n let cook til meat is soft....
if using pressure cooker put 2-3 glasses of water....
add flour mixture n tomato puree n simmer....
garnish wid slivered ginger, birista, chopped green chillies n corriander leaves
