  • 3 cups maida (all purpose flour)

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala

  • Chaat Masala 1/4 cups


  • bind wid warm milk to soft dough n let it rest for 30mins mek sure u cover wid damp cloth.
  • mek 8-10 balls n cover dem, roll each in traiangular shape to parathha thickness.
  • bake in oven on 230°C it wil puff up.
  • remuv from oven brush wid ghee o butter.
  • cn kip on hot grill if u like.
  • NB: For Garlic Naans -In dough add 1 tbsp Garlic paste n while brushing put lil garlic paste on naans n den brush ghee spreading both evenly....
