Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Base n Top:Dough -All Purpose Flour (Maida) 2 cups

  • Butter/Margarine 1/2 cups

  • Egg 1 nos

  • Salt 1/4 tsp

  • Baking Powder 1 tsp

  • Filling: Boneless Chicken 1/2 kgs

  • Chilli powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1 pinch

  • Ginger/Garlic paste 1 tbsp

  • Gravy:Sweet Corns 1 cups

  • Peas (boiled) 1 cups

  • Veggies (French beans chopped n grated Carrot) 1 cups

  • Onion (chopped) 1 nos

  • Tomatoes (chopped) 4 nos

  • Tomato Ketchup 3 tbsp

  • Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp

  • Hot Sauce 1 tsp

  • chopped green chillies 2 nos

  • All Purpose Flour (mix it wid 1/2 cup water) 2 tbsp

  • Dry herbs (Parsely n Chives) 4-5 nos

  • Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp

  • Garam Masala 1/2 tsp

Directions

    mix ol well to crumbly effect den bind using cold milk to pliable soft dough.

    cover wid damp cloth for 1/2 n hr.

    roll into rotis n spread on tart moulds covering de sides too.

    poke de base using fork den bake on 180°C til nice creamish brown color..

    let it cool den do filling

    Filling:saute in 3 tbsp oil til done

    wen cold chop in chopper

    Gravy:in a pan braise onion til pinkish brown color add tomatoes n saute til paste like add veggies toss well den add sauces n flour mixture add mashed chicken n stir well, it shud b saucy.

    remuv from flame let it cool den do filling on baked bases.

    sprinkle grated mozarella n parmesan cheese cover wid dough roti n mek patterns of yor choice.

    mek sure u hav punctured either wid sharp knife o fork bt shud hav opening.

    glaze wid beaten egg n bake in oven on 180°C til browned up....
