Ingredients

Serves 10

  • 1 cup sooji/ semolina

  • 2 tbsp ghee

  • 1/2 cup condensed milk

  • 1/4 cup dessicated coconut

  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

  • 2 tbsp cashewnuts

  • 2 tbsp almonds

  • 2 tbsp walnuts

  • 5-6 tbsp milk

  • 1 1/2 cup dark chocolate

  • 3/4 cup colourful sprinkles

  • 3/4 cup chocolate vermicelli

Directions

    Heat ghee in a wok and add semolina and chopped nuts to it.

    Saute till semolina is roasted.

  • 03

    Add dessicated coconut and saute for 1 minute.

  • 04

    Add cardamom powder and condensed milk and mix well.

  • 05

    If the mix seems little tight,add 1-2 tbsp milk at one time till the whole mixture comes as whole and starts leaving the pan.

    Let it cool a little and then roll into laddoos.

    Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl.

    Let the laddoos and chocolate cool a little.

  • 09

    Coat the laddoos with chocolate and then coat with sprinkles and chocolate vermicelli.

    Serve cold.
