Mix maida, semolina, ajwine, onion seeds, salt and ghee to get a crumbly texture hold flour in hand.
Knead the dough with little water and keep aside for 15 minutes.
After that take a ball size dough roll it with rolling pin and with the help of a cookie cutter cut it in round shape.
Make hole with fork in it.
Now heat oil in a wok and fry them at midium flame till they turn golden brown in colour from all sides.
Enjoy this crispy mathri with tea.
