Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Prawns (deshelled) 1 kgs

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Chilli powder 2 tsp

  • Onions (sliced) 2 nos

  • Tomatoes (chopped) 3 nos

  • fish masala 1/2 tsp

  • Tomato Puree 1 tsp

  • Garlic (pounded) 1 tsp

  • Corriander leaves (chopped) 1 sprig

  • Green Chillies (flaked) 4 nos

  • Curry leaves 1 sprig

  • Raw Mango 1-2 piece

  • Potatoes (cubed) 3 nos

Directions

    In a pan add 4-5 tbsp of oil keep on medium flame and fry onions till nicely browned up add curry leaves and garlic, saute then add tomatoes and all spices and salt

  • 02

    cook on med flame to a paste like formed add potatoes n little water and half

  • 03

    cook then add prawns n mango and let it cook till done, (if its watery due to prawns keep on high flame).

  • 04

    garnish with corriander and chilli flakes
