  • 2 eggs

  • 2/3 C sugar

  • 1 t vanilla

  • 1 C all purpose flour

  • 10 T butter (melted)


  • Preheat oven to 375F. Spary madeleine mold with non-stick baking spray.
  • Beat eggs until foamy, then slowly add in sugar. Mix only to combine. Stir in vanilla extract, then sift in flour and fold in. Stir in melted butter.
  • Scoop 1 heaping T of batter into each madeleine mold, then bake for about 14 min or until outer edge of madeleine is golden brown. Let cool for 2 min, then gently remove with butter knife.
