Ingredients

  • 100 gms paneer small pieces


  • 2 nos small onions chopped


  • 1 nos shimla mirch


  • 1/2 bowls cabbage chopped


  • 2 nos green chilly


  • 6-7 nos kali lahsan


  • 1 piece adrek


  • 4 nos tometo purey


  • 2 tbsp corn flour


  • 1 tsp paneer masala


  • 1 tsp chilli pwd


  • 1 tsp chilly sauce


  • 1 tsp vinegar


  • 1 tsp soya sauce


  • 1 pinch ajinomoto


  • 1 bowls for roti :maida


  • 1 tsp salt to taste

Directions

  • Sabse pahle 1 tbsp oil dale. Garam hone par barik cuta lahsan, adrak and green chilly dale.
  • Add onion chopped dale. Light pink hone par shimla mirch and cabbage chopped dale.
  • Little sauté karna hai. Vaggis galni nahi chahiye. Than add tomato purey.
  • Mix kare add 1sp lal mirch pwd. 1sp Dhaniya pwd half sp , salt , haldi ,paneer masala,red chilli pwd ache se milaye .
  • ab isme corn flour ka pani milaye Than add 1tbsp tomato souce, half tsp vinegar, half sp soya sauce and 1tsp green chilly sauce
  • half sp Ajinomoto dale ache se mix karke paneer cubes dal De. Greavy is ready .
  • For Roti: Pani milakar roti ke jaisa guth Le
  • Ab choli si loyi laker patla bale . ab kadai me oil dalker halka sa tal le.
