Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 150 g fusilli pasta


  • 4-5 Zucchini


  • 1 Red bell pepper chopped


  • 1 green capsicum


  • 1 yellow bell pepper


  • 2 table spoons Arrabiata sauce


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning


  • 1 teaspoon Red chilly powder


  • 2 table spoon butter


  • 1 green onion chopped .


  • 2 slices ordinary processed cheese

Directions

  • Boil Fusilli pasta in a container till al dante ( not soo soft and mushy ) and keep it aside by draining the water in a colander
  • Now in a non stick pan add butter on a medium flame .
  • Add chopped green onions , bell peppers , capsicum and any veggy of your choice .shallow fry them for 5 -10 minutes
  • Mix italian herbs and arrabiata sauce into it
  • Add salt and fusilli pasta and mix all the ingredients thoroughly .
  • Now cut the zucchini lengthwise into two halves and scoop out the pulp from it ..
  • We can add the pulp in the pasta mixture.
  • Make all the required zucchini boats hollow .
  • Now grease the hollow zucchini boats with little butter and stuff with pasta . Grate cheese on all the stuffed Zucchini and bake it in the microwave under ordinary mode for 10 minutes .
  • Take out the boats ..
  • Your party snacks are ready
