8-10 Peppers (Mora Marcha), slit only 1 side 3 Boiled Potatoes (mashed) Salt (as required) Lemon juice 4 Green Chillies and 2 cloves of Garlic (pounded) 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese (grated) 1/2 tsp Garam masala Coating: 1 cup All Purpose Flour 2 cups Bread Crumbs pinch of Salt 1/2 tsp Baking powder 1 tsp Chilli flakes dash of White Pepper powder Batter: 2 tbsp All Purpose Flour 1 Egg 1 cup Milk pinch of Yellow color dash of Black Pepper powder
Take a small pan put one tablespoon oil and braise pounded chilli/garlic. Add all in potatoes and mix well, fill up the one sided slitted mora marcha. Freeze for an hour Coating: Put all in a bowl and mix well Batter: Beat egg well add the rest and beat to smooth thick paste. Dip each filled mora marcha in dry mixture, then in batter then in dry mixture again. Lay on tray and freeze, till its stiff. Deep fry to crispy poppers and serve hot.
