1. Microwave Makhana with drizzle of olive oil for about 1 minute.
2. Remove Makhana from microwave and keep aside.
3. Boil milk in a pan and stir at intervals to prevent milk scorch from bottom.
4. Add sugar to boiled milk as per taste.
5. Add Makhana to boiling milk and stir well.
6. Cook till Makhana mixes and milk thickens on a low flame for about 5-10 minutes.
7. Garnish with cardamom powder, pomegranate seeds, sliced apple, almonds and walnuts.
