Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 100 gms yellow moong dal


  • 50 gms suji


  • 100 gms sugar


  • 100 gms water


  • 100 gms clarified butter


  • 50 gms mawa


  • 2 tbsp roughly chopped cashew nuts


  • 2 tbsp raisins


  • 1/4 tsp green cardamom powder

Directions

  • Grind Coarsely Yellow Moong Dal / Lentil. Not Too Smooth Not Very Coarse Too.
  • Heat Clarified Butter / Ghee In A Pan.
  • Roast The Yellow Moong Dal / Lentil On Medium Flame For 10 Mins.
  • Add Suji And Roast For 10 Mins In Simmer.
  • In Other Pan Add Sugar And Water Till Sugar Disolves.
  • Add Kesar / Saffron,Whole Dried Milk / Mawa And Roasted Yellow Moong Dal / Lentil Powder And Suji And Mix Well.
  • Add Green Cardamom Powder And Dry Fruits And Mix Well. Garnish With Dry Fruits And Serve.
