Grind Coarsely Yellow Moong Dal / Lentil. Not Too Smooth Not Very Coarse Too.
Heat Clarified Butter / Ghee In A Pan.
Roast The Yellow Moong Dal / Lentil On Medium Flame For 10 Mins.
Add Suji And Roast For 10 Mins In Simmer.
In Other Pan Add Sugar And Water Till Sugar Disolves.
Add Kesar / Saffron,Whole Dried Milk / Mawa And Roasted Yellow Moong Dal / Lentil Powder And Suji And Mix Well.
Add Green Cardamom Powder And Dry Fruits And Mix Well. Garnish With Dry Fruits And Serve.
