Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups besan( gram flour)


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp ajwain


  • 1 cups paneer curmpled


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1/2 tsp dhania powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1/2 tsp jeera


  • 1 nos chopped onions


  • 2 nos chopped garlic


  • 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp chopped beetroot


  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Mix besan , turmeric , red chilli powder and ajwain, and make a smooth batter.
  • In a non stick pan add a big spoon and make a thin chila.
  • Cook from both sides and make the chilas of the batter and keep aside.
  • 1. In a pan add oil add jeera and garlic and saute. Add onions and saute till transparent.
  • 2. Add paneer and all the rest ingredients.
  • 3. Add salt and mix well .
  • 4. Cool the mixture before stuffing.
  • Take each chila, add the paneer mixture in the centre and close the chila wrap. Tie a knot with spring onions greens if you have. I have tied a green satin ribbon.
