Mix besan , turmeric , red chilli powder and ajwain, and make a smooth batter.
In a non stick pan add a big spoon and make a thin chila.
Cook from both sides and make the chilas of the batter and keep aside.
1. In a pan add oil add jeera and garlic and saute. Add onions and saute till transparent.
2. Add paneer and all the rest ingredients.
3. Add salt and mix well .
4. Cool the mixture before stuffing.
Take each chila, add the paneer mixture in the centre and close the chila wrap. Tie a knot with spring onions greens if you have. I have tied a green satin ribbon.
