Ingredients

1 kgs full chicken
2 cups curd
2 tsp besan
1-2 pinch salt
2 tsp masala
1 tsp chicken masala
1 tbsp garam masala
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1 nos juice
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp boiled cashew paste
1 dash red food color(optional)
100 gms butter
2 tsp mastard oil
1 pinch kasuri methi powder
1 tsp fresh corriander
1-2 drop rose water and kewra essence
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
Directions
In a bowl mix, curd,besan,salt,pepper,chillies,ginger garlic paste,kasuri methi,corriander,garam masala, chicken masala,cashew paste,chat masala, and little mastard oil and make a fine paste by gently whisking
Now make some splits cutts on chicken as in images
Now merinate the chicken with the merination
Now refrigerate the chicken for about 2hrs
Pre heat oven 250 c for 10 mins
Pour some more mastard oil on the chicken and place the chicken on rotisserie rod and bake on rotisserie mode for about 1hr
After 1hr, place the chicken on a tray and pour some melted butter on it ans serve hot with friends and family
