Cheddar Cheese (Grated) 1/2 cups
Wraps: Maida (all purpose flour) 2 cups
Salt 1 pinch
Lemon Juice 1/2 tsp
Kheema: Kheema 1/2 kgs
Salt 1 pinch
Chilli powder 1/4 tsp
turmeric powder 1 pinch
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Ginger/Garlic paste 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Onions (chopped) 2 nos
Black Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
bind wid water to pliable dough, mek 9 balls then roll de balls into puris.... Take 3 at a tyme, apply oil on each puri n lay another puri on de 3rd one do not apply oil
Roll dis piled up stack of 3, into thin roti n roast on big tava or pot lid... mek sure u kip medium heat n turn ova n remove each wrap carefully, if u keep on low flame it wil go crispy.
As soon as u remove from flame separate de 3 rotis n lay all wraps on damp cloth n cover it
NB: My innovation of coloured wraps, i uzd for ribbons on top of the package.
So i added more flour for dough to get it coloured, uzd red color in 1 ball n mixed it well to blend in.
N med separately, den cut into strips
Kheema:braise onions in a pan wid oil, add mince meat n cook the it in above ingredients add 1/4 cup of water, stir at intervals til its dried n cooked up...
Add in Kheema:When cooled down add handful of chopped corriander leaves, few mints n 3 green chillies chopped
Mashed Potatoes: Boil 3-4 Potatoes n mash them add salt, lemon juice n lil chilli powder
Lai (Flour Glue).... tek 1/4 small bowl of all purpose flour n mix it wid water to thick paste
How to mek Patties Packages: Lay 1 wrap on wrking table.
Add eggs n cheese in kheema mixture...
Scoop 2 tbsp mash potatoes n spread evenly in a rectangular shape in the centre of wrap, on it place 2 tbsp kheema mixture....
Close de muttabaq as v do envelope glueing wid lai...
When all done, deep fry them...
Can do hlf done n freeze it for future use....
