  • Home made Jelly:Agar agar powder o gelatine 1 1/2 tbsp

  • Food color (color of fruit u r using) 1 pinch

  • Citric acid (limbu ka phhool) 3/4 tsp

  • Sugar 6 tbsp

  • water 1 1/2 cups

  • Essence (fruit u r using) 1/4 tsp

  • Fruit using (chopped), preferably Strawberries, Raspberries o Mangoes 1/2 cups

  • Pudding:Milk 1/2 litre

  • Evaporated Milk tin 1/2 nos

  • Cream 1 cups

  • Agar agar powder or Gelatine 1 tbsp

  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp

  • Nestle Cream 1/2 cups

    Home made Jelly: tek a pot put water add sugar, agar agar powder n citric acid mix well n kip on boil, wen it boils remuv from flame add fruit essence n fruit.... pour on casserole o dessert bowls o glasses let it cool den chill...

    Pudding:mix agar agar in lil milk til its dissolved, kip ol ingredients on boil excpt vanila essence.

    let it boil remuv from flame add essence let it cool pour on de jelly bowls o glasses.

    let cool n kip in fridge to set n chill.

    NB: Garnish wid sliced Strawberries or Mangoes according to jello made.... Then sprinkle chaat masala on the mango chunks n place on the pinnacotta
