Cow milk 1 litre
Vinegar 1-2 tsp
Powder sugar 3-4 tsp
Green cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
Milk powder 2-3 tsp
Orange crush 1 tsp
Orange essence 1-2 drop
Yellow colour 1 drop
Put the deep pan on flame add milk when milk started to boil add vinegar milk started to curdle switch off the flame.
Now take a muslin cloth and strain the curdle milk in muslin cloth and collect the chena
Now wash chena 2-3 time with water.
Squeez the extra water of chena.
Now hang the muslin cloth by knot on tap about 1-2hour.
Now take chena in plate add cardamom powder, powder sugar mash well until get soft.
Now take nonstick pan on flame put chena in pan cook 2-5min on medium slow flame.
Now turn out the chena mixer in plate .
Now add milk powder in it and mash with grease plam untill mixer get smooth .
Now make small n flat balls.
Take a bowl add crush, essence and colour mix it.
Apply this orange crush mixer on top of sandesh and garnish with pista.
