  • 1 kgs mutton

  • 3 nos onions (sliced)

  • 3 nos tomatoes (chopped)

  • 1 tbsp fennel powder (saunpf)

  • 3 nos green chillies (pounded)

  • 3 nos cinnamon sticks

  • 1/4 cups yogurt

  • 1 tbsp garlic (pounded)

  • 1/4 tsp garam masala

  • 1/2 tsp ginger (pounded)


  • in pressure cooker braise onions in ghee n oil till nice golden brown color
  • Add ginger and garlic stir then add mutton n let it fry till ol onions r blended well
  • Blend yogurt n tomatoes then add them in pressure cooker with the rest of spices n chillies, add water n let it cook till tender.
  • If its watery dry up the gravy on high flame, garnish with chopped corriander n serve with sookhi rotis.
