in pressure cooker braise onions in ghee n oil till nice golden brown color
Add ginger and garlic stir then add mutton n let it fry till ol onions r blended well
Blend yogurt n tomatoes then add them in pressure cooker with the rest of spices n chillies, add water n let it cook till tender.
If its watery dry up the gravy on high flame, garnish with chopped corriander n serve with sookhi rotis.
