  • 1 nos for roasted beet hummus : beet

  • 1/2 tsp red bell pepper

  • 1 nos tomato

  • 1 cups white chick peas

  • 2 tbsp tahini paste

  • 2 nos garlic pods

  • 1 tsp pepper powder

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 cups for mint green peas hummus :mint leaves

  • 1/4 cups greenpeas

  • 1 cups white chickpeas

  • 2 nos garlic pods

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/4 cups for choco nutella hummus : nutella paste

  • 1 cups white chickpeas

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp tahini paste


  • Soak the white chickpeas overnight
  • cook chickpeas with required amount of water and drain them out of water
  • for making roasted beet hummus first cut the tomato into small pieces then mix with some chilli powder pepper powder and salt
  • drain them under sunlight for a day.
  • drizzle some oil over bell pepper and beet. Bake them for half an hour in a preheated oven.
  • after they cool down remove the seeds and skin. slice them into small pieces
  • grind everything except oil with some water using mixie into a fine paste
  • finally drizzle some olive oil and grind for another 10 seconds. now the roasted beet hummus is ready.
  • for mint Green peas Hummus grind chickpeas with boiled green peas mint leaves garlic pods Tahini paste lemon juice salt with some water into a fine paste.
  • Finally add oil and grind it for another 10 seconds. Now mint green paes is ready.
  • For choco Hummus grind boiled chickpeas with nutella paste Tahini paste and olive oil
  • before serving drizzle some olive oil and Sprinkle sesame seeds over the hummus.
  • Enjoy your party with nachos and trio of hummus...
