Ingredients

  • 4-5 nos potatoes (cubed)


  • 3 nos green chillies


  • 1 tsp ed chilli flakes


  • 1 tsp garlic paste


  • 1 tsp cummin seeds


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 8-10 nos curry leaves


  • 5 nos chutney 1: green chillies


  • 1/2 cups bunch corriander leaves


  • 1/4 cups bunch mint leaves


  • 2 nos cloves of garlic


  • 6-7 nos cashewnuts


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 3 nos chutney 2: fresh red chillies


  • 2 nos cloves of garlic


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 3-4 tbsp tamarind pulp


  • 4 tbsp roasted sesame


  • 2 tbsp roasted peanuts


  • 1 tsp lemon juice (if want extra sourness)


  • 1 nos other ingredients:loaf of sandwich bread


  • 1/4 cups cheddar cheese grated


  • 1 nos capsicum (chopped)


  • 1 nos onion (chopped)


  • 1 nos tomato (chopped)


  • 1 tsp butter


  • 1 tsp chaat masala

Directions

  • n a pot put 2 tbsp oil n put all except potatoes, let it splutter then add potatoes n 1 cup of water n cook till its soft, remuv from flame mash wid back of spoon to crushed potatoes do not mash it soft...
  • Chutney 1:blend ol well, shud b hot n sour.
  • Chutney 2:blend ol well
  • Other ingredients: can either mix onions n capsi n sprinkle chaat masala with cooled down potatoes o put it while u lay the sandwich....sandwich bread
  • Instructions: Apply butter on a slice then apply chutney, n apply chutney on de other slice
  • Scoop out potatoes, den spread it on de chutney side
  • Put some onions, capsicum n tomatoes on potatoes
  • Sprinkle cheese on dis
  • Place the other slice chutney side on it n cover it apply butter on top n grill.
