1/4 kgs toppings:chicken boneless cubes, prawns o fillet cubes (pan fried in lil oil, wid garlic paste, salt, chilli powder, tandoori masala, turmeric powder)
1 cups veggies of yor choice (i use capsicum, french beans, sweetcorns, onions, mushrooms n olives)
1/4 cups mozarella cheese grated
Directions
bind soft dough using ol ingredients wid warm water, n let rise for an hr n hlf.
punch bek, roll dem in puris of roti thickness den lay on greased cupcake tray, let it rise for 10mins (optional: den tek anoder same tray n kip on it).
den bake in oven on 200°C to pinkish color (if using anoder tray to cover it, remuv de top one n let it cool).
den remuv from mould.
Sauce: blend ol accept oregano wid 1/4 cup of water, add herbs n kip on boil til its fyne paste.
remuv n let it cool.
Instructions: On each cuppies fill in 1 tbsp of tomato paste
