Ingredients

  • onion chopped 2 nos

  • tomato chopped 4 nos

  • green chilly 2 nos

  • carrots chopped 4 nos

  • mutter 100 gms

  • Green garlic ke leave barik Kate hua 4 nos

  • Kali sukhi lahson (garlic) 6-7 nos

  • Salt to taste 1 tsp

  • lal mirch pwd 1 tsp

  • sabji masala 1 tsp

  • haldi 1/2 tsp

  • daniya pwd and coriander leave 1 tsp

    Sabse pahle coker me 1tbs oil dale garam hone par usme sukhi lahson ko katkar dale pic 1

    Red hone par onion dale. Onion brown hone par tometo cut kar dale.

    Half glass water dalkar 2 siti lagaye. Siti kholkar onion and tometo ke mix ko beat Karen.

    Ab usme gajer (carrots )ko round shape me kate , mutter and green lahson ke leaves barik Kate hua dale.

    Ab isme salt , lal mirch pwd , haldi, daniya pwd ,sabji masala dale.

    Masale dalne ke bad achi tarah se bhune jab tak oil na dikhe. Oil niklane ke bad 1 _1/2 glass pani dale. Coker ko band kar ke 2, 3 siti lagaye
