Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 nos onion chopped


  • 4 nos tomato chopped


  • 2 nos green chilly


  • 4 nos carrots chopped


  • 100 gms mutter


  • 4 nos green garlic ke leave barik kate hua


  • 6-7 nos kali sukhi lahson (garlic)


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 tsp lal mirch pwd


  • 1 tsp sabji masala


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp daniya pwd and coriander leave

Directions

  • Sabse pahle coker me 1tbs oil dale garam hone par usme sukhi lahson ko katkar dale pic 1
  • Red hone par onion dale. Onion brown hone par tometo cut kar dale.
  • Half glass water dalkar 2 siti lagaye. Siti kholkar onion and tometo ke mix ko beat Karen.
  • Ab usme gajer (carrots )ko round shape me kate , mutter and green lahson ke leaves barik Kate hua dale.
  • Ab isme salt , lal mirch pwd , haldi, daniya pwd ,sabji masala dale.
  • Masale dalne ke bad achi tarah se bhune jab tak oil na dikhe. Oil niklane ke bad 1 _1/2 glass pani dale. Coker ko band kar ke 2, 3 siti lagaye
