  • Black Chana (whole Gram) boiled in salt n water 1 cups

  • Potatoes (Boiled wid skin den de skinned n cubed) 3 nos

  • Tomatoes (chopped) 3 nos

  • Rai (Mustard seeds) 1 tsp

  • strigs of Curry leaves 1-2 nos

  • Imli (whole Tamarind) 1-2 nos

  • Chilli powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Garlic (coarsely pounded) 1 tbsp

  • Lemon juice (if u like mo sourness) 1 tsp

  • Tomato puree 2 tbsp

  • Chaat Masala 1/4 tsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

    Tek a pot put 4 tbsp of oil kip on flame add garlic, curry leaves n mustard seeds let it splutter add tomatoes, salt n spices saute til paste like formed add tamarind, tomato puree lemon juice, mix well add chana wid its water in wich its boiled jus 1 cup, also add potatoes cook til it bubbles, remuv from flame garnish wid chopped corriander leaves

    Serve wid Daal bhajias, Chopped Onions n Coconut Chutney o Chevda o jus hav plain choice is yors.
