Ingredients
Serves 8
Filling: Green peas (boiled along with Carrots and Potatoes in little water and salt) 1 cups
Carrots and Potatoes (chopped in small cubes) 2 cups
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
Green chillies and small piece of Ginger (pounded) 4-5 nos
Garam masala 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves (chopped) 4-5 nos
Corriander leaves (chopped) 1/4 cups
Onion (chopped) 1/2 nos
Wraps: Maida (All Purpose Flour) 2 cups
Salt 1 pinch
Lemon juice or 1 tbsp Vinegar 1 tbsp
Directions
Filling: In A Pan Put 2 Tablespoon Oil And Keep On Flame Add Mustard Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Curry Leaves And Green Chilli Mixture And Let It Splutter.
Add Veggies And Garam Masala Then Mix Well And Remove From Flame. Let It Cool Down Then Add Corriander Leaves And Onions.
Fill In The Wraps And Make Samosas Using Flour Glue/Lai, When All Done Deep Fry To Golden Brown Color Or Freeze Them.
Wraps: Bind With Water To Stiff Dough, Make 9 Balls Then Roll The Balls Into Puris. Take 3 At A Time, Apply Oil On Each Puri And Lay On One Another To Pile Up 3.
Roll This Piled Up Puris Into Thin Roti And Roast On Big Tava Or Pot Lid.
Make Sure You Keep Med Heat And Turn Over And Remove, If U Keep Low Flame It Will Go Crispy.
As Soon As U Remove From Flame Separate The 3 Rotis And Lay All Rotis On Damp Cloth And Cover It.
When All Done In Same Way, Cut In Strips Size Of Samosas You Desire.
