1 kg Beef Fillet (pcs) 2 Onions (slices) Salt (as required) 1 tsp Blackpepper (pounded) 1/4 tsp Garam Masala 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste 3 Green Chilies (pounded) 1 Capsicum (chopped)
Directions
Marinate fillet pieces in salt, blackpeper, garam masala, green chillies and ginger garlic paste. In a pan put oil and butter keep on flame and braise onions till browned up add fillet pieces and fry them on medium flame till done sprinkle black pepper and capsicum then toss them all.
