  • Wraps: 2 cups All Purpose Flour (Maida) Salt (as required) 1/2 tsp Baking powder 1/2 cup Oil 1 tsp Carrom seeds (Ajwain) Filling: 1 cup Peas (boiled) 5 Potatoes (boiled and mashed with hands into pieces) Salt (as required) 1 Lemon juice 4 Green chillies (chopped) Curry leaves (chopped) 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp Cummin seeds 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds 1 tsp Garlic paste


  • Wraps: bind into soft dough and cover it Filling: In a pan put 2 tbsp oil and keep on flame add garlic, mustard seeds, cummin seeds, curry leaves and green chillies let it splutter add potatoes peas and spices, mix all and remove from flame. Let it cool add corriander leaves and onions chopped. Folding: Make rotis using the dough cut in half, do filling in half roti then seal bringing up two edges and pinching, you will have other open side seal same way. Then deep fry on medium flame into golden brown color.
