Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1/2 cups avocado paste


  • 1 cups mashed paneer


  • 3 tbsp milk powder


  • 1/4 cups sugar


  • 2 tbsp ghee


  • 1 tbsp chopped cashew nuts


  • 1 tbsp almond chopped


  • 1 tbsp pistachios chopped


  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Directions

  • Heat ghee in a pan, add Avocado paste, sugar and cook on medium flame.
  • Cook until all the water evaporates and the ghee starts getting out of the mixture.
  • Now add mashed paneer , milk powder, cardamom powder, cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios and mix it well.
  • Cook on medium flame until the mixture is completely dry.
  • Put some ghee on a plate.
  • Put mixture of kalakand on it and let it set for 1 hours.
  • Cut in small pieces and serve.
