Ingredients

Serves 6

  • avocado paste 1/2 cups

  • mashed paneer 1 cups

  • milk powder 3 tbsp

  • sugar 1/4 cups

  • ghee 2 tbsp

  • chopped cashew nuts 1 tbsp

  • almond chopped 1 tbsp

  • pistachios chopped 1 tbsp

  • cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

Directions

    Heat ghee in a pan, add Avocado paste, sugar and cook on medium flame.

    Cook until all the water evaporates and the ghee starts getting out of the mixture.

    Now add mashed paneer , milk powder, cardamom powder, cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios and mix it well.

    Cook on medium flame until the mixture is completely dry.

    Put some ghee on a plate.

  • 06

    Put mixture of kalakand on it and let it set for 1 hours.

  • 07

    Cut in small pieces and serve.
