Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups wheat flour
  • 1/2 cups sugar or gud
  • 1 tsp saunf
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 4 tsp deshi ghee
  • 1 cups water or as required

Directions

  • First take a big bowl add wheat flour and sugar or gud.
  • Mix saunf and sesame seeds.
  • Make a pouring consistency using water.
  • Take a non stick pan pour a ladleful batter like chila.
  • Drizzle some ghee over it,than flip it.
  • Now again drizzle some ghee.
  • Cook from both sides nicely.
  • Serve hot.
