Ingredients

  • Potatoes (boiled and finally mashed) 500 gms

  • Cheese 1 cups

  • Chilly flakes 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Cornstarch 3 tsp

  • Bread crumbs 1/2 cups

  • Oil (for deep frying) 3 cups

    Add chilly flakes, 1 teaspoon cornstarch, salt in mashed Potatoes

    Mix well

    Add some water in rest 2 teaspoon cornstarch and make a medium mixture

    Spread bread crumbs in a plate

    Take some amount of potatoes

    Add a cube of cheese

    Now make a cylindrical shape

    Dip in cornstarch mixture

    Coat bread crumbs

    Again dip in cornstarch mixture

    Now keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes

    Heat the oil on full flame

    Fry potatoes-cheese shots
