250 gms all purpose flour (maida) or wholemeal flour (aata)
1 tsp salt (as required)
3-4 nos green chillies and small of ginger (pounded)
3/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1 cups methi (fenugreek) leaves
5-6 nos corriander leaves (chopped)
1 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp dhania/corriander powder
Directions
Mix All Very Well Bind With Water To Soft Dough, Roll Into Puri Size Rotis And Roast On Tava Both Sides Then Put Good Amount Of Ghee And Roast It Well On Both Sides.
Serve With Onion, Chillies And Achar
NB: Leftover Can Make Crispier On Tava Using Ghee On Low Flame, Methi Khakras
