  • 1 kgs mutton

  • 3 nos onions (sliced)

  • 3 nos tomatoes (chopped)

  • 1 tbsp fennel powder (saunpf)

  • 3 nos green chillies (pounded)

  • 3 nos cinnamon sticks

  • 1/2 cups yogurt

  • 1 tbsp garlic (pounded)

  • 1/4 tsp garam masala

  • 1/2 tsp ginger (pounded)


  • In Pressure Cooker Braise Onions In Ghee And Oil Till Nice Golden Brown Color.
  • Add Ginger And Garlic Stir Then Add Mutton And Let It Fry Till All Onions Are Blended Well.
  • Blend Yogurt And Tomatoes Then Add Them In Pressure Cooker With The Rest Of Spices N Chillies, Add Water N Let It Cook Till Tender.
  • If Its Watery Dry Up The Gravy On High Flame, Garnish With Chopped Corriander N Serve With Sookhi Rotis.
