Ingredients

  • Mutton 1 kgs

  • Onions (sliced) 3 nos

  • Tomatoes (chopped) 3 nos

  • Fennel Powder (Saunpf) 1 tbsp

  • Green Chillies (pounded) 3 nos

  • Cinnamon sticks 3 nos

  • Yogurt 1/2 cups

  • Garlic (pounded) 1 tbsp

  • Garam Masala 1/4 tsp

  • Ginger (pounded) 1/2 tsp

Directions

    In Pressure Cooker Braise Onions In Ghee And Oil Till Nice Golden Brown Color.

    Add Ginger And Garlic Stir Then Add Mutton And Let It Fry Till All Onions Are Blended Well.

    Blend Yogurt And Tomatoes Then Add Them In Pressure Cooker With The Rest Of Spices N Chillies, Add Water N Let It Cook Till Tender.

    If Its Watery Dry Up The Gravy On High Flame, Garnish With Chopped Corriander N Serve With Sookhi Rotis.
