  • Potatoes (peel and sliced) 5-6 nos

  • Salt (as required) 1 tbsp

  • Besan (put a pinch of Baking Soda) 1 tbsp

  • Chilli powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Amchoor powder 1/2 tsp

Directions

    In A Bowl Put Washed Potato Slices Without Water Add Besan Mixture And Salt Toss Well

    Deep Fry Half Of The Slices Till Nicely Crisped Up Remove In A Bowl When All Done

  • 03

    Add The Rest Of Ingredients And Toss Well Serve With Fish Fried
