Chicken (cut in smol pcs or 1/2 kg Boneless Chicken pcs) 1 nos
Onions (chopped) 2 nos
Tomatoes (chopped) 3 nos
Whole Garam Masala (few Black Pepper corns, Cloves, Bay leaves n Cinnamon sticks) 1 tsp
Yogurt 1 cups
Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
Cummin powder 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Tomato Puree 1 tbsp
Salt (As Required) 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
green chillies 3 nos
Corriander Powder 1 dash
Spinach (Chopped Coarsely Or Paste, I Prefer Chopped) 1 cups
Ginger Small Piece (Chopped) 1 nos
Garlic Cloves (Chopped) 5 nos
Methi (Fenugreek Leaves) Or Little Kasuri Methi 1/2 cups
Directions
Blend Tomatoes, Yogurt, Tomato Puree, Garam Masala, Cummin Powder Chilli Powder, Green Chillies And Ginger Garlic Paste To A Very Fine Paste.
Braise Onion To Golden Brown Color Add Whole Garam Masalas And Chicken Braise Till Chicken Is Browned Up.
Add The Blended Tomato Mixture And Remaining Ingredients And Cook Till Chicken Is Done.
Add Spinach And Simmer. Garnish With Whole Green Chillies And Chopped Corriander Leaves.
Serve With Parathha Or Naans
