Ingredients

1 nos chicken (cut in smol pcs or 1/2 kg boneless chicken pcs)
2 nos onions (chopped)
3 nos tomatoes (chopped)
1 tsp whole garam masala (few black pepper corns, cloves, bay leaves n cinnamon sticks)
1 cups yogurt
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp cummin powder
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp tomato puree
1/2 tsp salt (as required)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
3 nos green chillies
1 dash corriander powder
1 cups spinach (chopped coarsely or paste, i prefer chopped)
1 nos ginger small piece (chopped)
5 nos garlic cloves (chopped)
1/2 cups methi (fenugreek leaves) or little kasuri methi
Directions
Blend Tomatoes, Yogurt, Tomato Puree, Garam Masala, Cummin Powder Chilli Powder, Green Chillies And Ginger Garlic Paste To A Very Fine Paste.
Braise Onion To Golden Brown Color Add Whole Garam Masalas And Chicken Braise Till Chicken Is Browned Up.
Add The Blended Tomato Mixture And Remaining Ingredients And Cook Till Chicken Is Done.
Add Spinach And Simmer. Garnish With Whole Green Chillies And Chopped Corriander Leaves.
Serve With Parathha Or Naans
