Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Chicken (cut in smol pcs or 1/2 kg Boneless Chicken pcs) 1 nos

  • Onions (chopped) 2 nos

  • Tomatoes (chopped) 3 nos

  • Whole Garam Masala (few Black Pepper corns, Cloves, Bay leaves n Cinnamon sticks) 1 tsp

  • Yogurt 1 cups

  • Garam Masala 1/2 tsp

  • Cummin powder 1 tbsp

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp

  • Tomato Puree 1 tbsp

  • Salt (As Required) 1/2 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp

  • green chillies 3 nos

  • Corriander Powder 1 dash

  • Spinach (Chopped Coarsely Or Paste, I Prefer Chopped) 1 cups

  • Ginger Small Piece (Chopped) 1 nos

  • Garlic Cloves (Chopped) 5 nos

  • Methi (Fenugreek Leaves) Or Little Kasuri Methi 1/2 cups

Directions

    Blend Tomatoes, Yogurt, Tomato Puree, Garam Masala, Cummin Powder Chilli Powder, Green Chillies And Ginger Garlic Paste To A Very Fine Paste.

    Braise Onion To Golden Brown Color Add Whole Garam Masalas And Chicken Braise Till Chicken Is Browned Up.

    Add The Blended Tomato Mixture And Remaining Ingredients And Cook Till Chicken Is Done.

    Add Spinach And Simmer. Garnish With Whole Green Chillies And Chopped Corriander Leaves.

    Serve With Parathha Or Naans
