Beat eggs with the other ingredients well till its all fluffed up. Braise veggies in little butter and keep aside. Take a medium sized nonstick pan, put 1 teaspoon butter or ghee when heated up spread evenly half of the egg mixture and let it be done then to toss the other side. Put veggies and cheese in centre, from one end to the oder and flap the omelette in envelope or just roll like swissroll. Take the roll in the edge of pan and put little butter on the pan then spread the remaining egg mixture or just half of it and let cook till done. Roll from the folded roll till end remove on platter, garnish as you like and enjoy your breakie.
