Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 500 gms tindas


  • 1 cups sugar


  • 1 cups mawa


  • 5 tsp dry fruits chopped which you like


  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • 4-5 drop red food colour


  • 4 nos silver vark for garnish

Directions

  • First peeled and empty tinda inside.
  • Heat water in a pan to dip tinda and cook
  • After 4 minutes take out tinda and drain.
  • Again put water to heat and mix 1 cup sugar.
  • Cook tinda in this for 5 minutes.
  • Drain tinda again.
  • Make stuffing roast mawa.
  • Mix dry fruits and cardamom powder.
  • Few drops of red food colour.
  • Fill this in tindas.
  • Cover every tinda with silver vark and serve.
