Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Tindas 500 gms

  • Sugar 1 cups

  • Mawa 1 cups

  • Dry fruits chopped which you like 5 tsp

  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp

  • red food colour 4-5 drop

  • Silver vark for garnish 4 nos

Directions

    First peeled and empty tinda inside.

  • 02

    Heat water in a pan to dip tinda and cook

  • 03

    After 4 minutes take out tinda and drain.

  • 04

    Again put water to heat and mix 1 cup sugar.

  • 05

    Cook tinda in this for 5 minutes.

  • 06

    Drain tinda again.

  • 07

    Make stuffing roast mawa.

  • 08

    Mix dry fruits and cardamom powder.

  • 09

    Few drops of red food colour.

  • 10

    Fill this in tindas.

  • 11

    Cover every tinda with silver vark and serve.
