Ingredients

Serves 2

  • orange Carrot grated 2 cups

  • Desi ghee 3/4 cups

  • Milk powder 1/2 cups

  • Milk 1 cups

  • Elaichi powder 1 tbsp

  • dry fruits chopped which you like 1/4 cups

Directions

    Take a Kadai add desi ghee and roast grated carrot.

  • 02

    After 5 minutes of roasting add milk.

  • 03

    Cook carrots for 10 minutes.

  • 04

    Now mix milk powder and roast well.

  • 05

    Add sugar and roast.

  • 06

    In the last add dry fruits and elaichi powder.

  • 07

    Switch off the flame and now bind laddus.

  • 08

    Carrot balls are ready to serve.
