  • 1 cups grated and deseeded capsicum

  • 1/2 cups sugar

  • 1/2 cups milk powder

  • 1 tsp peppermint powder or essence

  • 4 tsp dry fruits which you like chopped


  • In a pan take ghee roast grated Capsicum.
  • It become tender very quickly.
  • Now add milk powder and roast.
  • Mix sugar at that time
  • In the last add peppermint powder or essence and dry fruits.
  • If you don't get peppermint powder or essence, you can add elaichi powder.
  • Add a few drops of green colour.
  • Roast well and serve hot.
