Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups sharda peeled and grated


  • 1/2 cups sugar


  • 1/2 cups desi ghee


  • 4 tbsp milk powder


  • 1 tbsp elaichi powder


  • 2 tbsp dry fruits which you like chopped


  • 1 bowls sharda's peel bowl

Directions

  • First take a Kadai add desi ghee.
  • Roast grated Sharda in it.
  • After 10 minutes roasting add milk powder.
  • Roast Well then add sugar and roast again.
  • Now add elaichi powder and dry fruits.
  • When it become dry switch off the flame.
  • Now make laddu with this mixture.
  • Served in sharda peel bowl
