Method for filling
Cut potatoes in cubes
Deep fry all on medium flame
When it become crispy n golden brown , its done
Then put chaat masala on it n mix it well
Method for chatni
Take a jar
Add chopped coriander, onion , garlic , chili n spices in it n blend it
Then add tamarind water in it n again blend it n make fine chatni
For basket method
Take a bowl
Add plain flour , ghee n salt in it n mix it well
Then add water in it n make fine dough
Then take tart moulds
Set little ball of dough on it..
Preheat oven for 10mins
Then spread little butter on all baskets n bake all on 180 degree for 10 to 15 mins
Then fill masala potatoes in it..
Put little curd , green chatni ,peanuts , sev n pomegranate on it
Sprinkle little chaat masala n red chili on it n serve hot
