First of all boil all the grated carrots
Then take a wok
Add boiled carrots, milk n malai in it..n cook it on slow flame
When carrot observe all the milk , add sugar n dry fruits in it..n cook it
When it become totally dry , add ghee in it n mix it well
When halwa become cool , make small rolls
On the other hand..take a wok
Add milk in it n boil it till it become 1/2
Then add sugar , cardamon powder, kesar n dry fruits in it n cook it for 7to 10 mins
Its done
For platting
Take a plate..
Fill rabdi in it , put carrot rolls on it.. , put rabdi malai on the top of the carrot rolls
Garnish it with some chopped pistachio n silver work
N serve chilled
