Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups milk powder


  • 1 1/2 cups semolina


  • 1 cups jaggery crushed


  • 1 tsp chopped dry fruits


  • 1 tsp ghee


  • 2 cups ghee for frying

Directions

  • Take a pan..
  • Add ghee in it
  • Then add semolina in it n saute it for 1min
  • Then add milk powder n water in it , mix it well
  • When mixture become dry , its done
  • Then put it on plate n mix it for 7 mins n make fine dough
  • On the other hand , take a bowl , add jaggery n dry fruits in it n mix it well
  • Then take small ball of dough
  • Put little mixture in the middle
  • N make gunjiya shape
  • Then deep fry all gunjiya just a second..
  • When it turns golden brown..
  • Its done..
