Take a pan..
Add ghee in it
Then add semolina in it n saute it for 1min
Then add milk powder n water in it , mix it well
When mixture become dry , its done
Then put it on plate n mix it for 7 mins n make fine dough
On the other hand , take a bowl , add jaggery n dry fruits in it n mix it well
Then take small ball of dough
Put little mixture in the middle
N make gunjiya shape
Then deep fry all gunjiya just a second..
When it turns golden brown..
Its done..
