Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 cups grated beetroot


  • 1 cups khoya


  • 1/2 cups sugar


  • 2 drop kewra essence


  • 5 nos almonds chopped


  • 5-6 nos raisins

Directions

  • Boil beetroot along with 1 cup water.
  • Strain boiled water
  • Now add sugar and kewra essence and make 1 thread string sugar syrup.
  • In another wok roast khoya for 2 minutes.
  • Now add 1 table spoon dessicated coconut and sugar syrup.
  • Cook till it becomes thick.
  • Now transfer it into greased plate.
  • Add chopped almonds over it.
  • Cool and cut into desired shape.
