Ingredients

Serves 4

  • grated beetroot 1/2 cups

  • khoya 1 cups

  • sugar 1/2 cups

  • kewra essence 2 drop

  • almonds chopped 5 nos

  • raisins 5-6 nos

Directions

    Boil beetroot along with 1 cup water.

    Strain boiled water

  • 03

    Now add sugar and kewra essence and make 1 thread string sugar syrup.

    In another wok roast khoya for 2 minutes.

  • 05

    Now add 1 table spoon dessicated coconut and sugar syrup.

    Cook till it becomes thick.

  • 07

    Now transfer it into greased plate.

  • 08

    Add chopped almonds over it.

  • 09

    Cool and cut into desired shape.
