Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Milk 5 cups

  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp

  • Sugar 1/4 tsp

  • Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp

  • Clarified butter 1/2 tsp

  • Crushed almonds 2 tbsp

Directions

    Boil Milk In A Heavy Bottom Vessel. Once Boiled,Keep It In A Low Flame.

    Add Lemon Juice And Cover The Milk.. After Few Mins. Milk Is Fully Curdled.

    Strain 3 Cup Of Water And Cook In The Low Flame For 10 Mins. Stir In Between Till Water Fully Absorb In The Cottage Cheese / Paneer.

    Add Sugar And Cardamom Powder And Mix Well. Add Clarified Butter / Ghee And Mix Well And Switch Off The Gas.

    Grease The Plate And Pour The Mixture On The Plate And Press It. Garnish With Crushed Almonds.

    After 1/2 An Hour Cut Them In Shape.
