  • 5 cups milk

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1/4 tsp sugar

  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder

  • 1/2 tsp clarified butter

  • 2 tbsp crushed almonds


  • Boil Milk In A Heavy Bottom Vessel. Once Boiled,Keep It In A Low Flame.
  • Add Lemon Juice And Cover The Milk.. After Few Mins. Milk Is Fully Curdled.
  • Strain 3 Cup Of Water And Cook In The Low Flame For 10 Mins. Stir In Between Till Water Fully Absorb In The Cottage Cheese / Paneer.
  • Add Sugar And Cardamom Powder And Mix Well. Add Clarified Butter / Ghee And Mix Well And Switch Off The Gas.
  • Grease The Plate And Pour The Mixture On The Plate And Press It. Garnish With Crushed Almonds.
  • After 1/2 An Hour Cut Them In Shape.
