combine Maida with sooji ajwain seeds oil milk and salt in a large bowl and knead into a soft dough
boil the potatoes and mash them nicely
add cooked green peas Chilli powder Garam Masala chopped onions Hing powder cumin powder curry leaves and salt to the mashed potatoes and mix them well
Take the dough and divide into equal sized portions
take one portion and roll into thin disc using rolling pin
cut out some long thin strips out of the leftover rolled dough. Add some colour to it.
Spoon some fillings in the centre of the rolled thin disc
gather the edges and tie with the thin long strips
secure with a clove at the centre of the thread
heat oil in a pan and carefully drop the money back into the oil.
