  • 1/4 cups mava


  • 1 tsp arraroot powder


  • 1/4 tsp illyachi powder


  • 2 tsp nimbu ka ras


  • 1 tsp gulab jal


  • 1 1/2 cups pani

Directions

  • Doodh ko ubale.
  • Ubal aane per nimbu ka ras dale aur lagatar pani aur chena alag hone tak chalaye.
  • Chena achhi tarah se alag ho jane par chalani me chena ko chan le aur phir saf pani se achhi tarah dho le jisse nimbu ki khatas chene me se nikal jaye.
  • Chene ko achhi tarah se daba daba ke nichode aur plate me rakhe.
  • Chene ko achhi tarah se masale aur chikna kar le.
  • Ab isme araroot powder dale aur mix kar le.
  • Pressure cooker me chini aur pani dalkar ubale
  • Chene se ek ek karke sabhi chamcham bana le
  • Chashani me ubal aane per ek ek karke sabhi chamcham dale aur dhakkan band karke ek siti lagaye
  • Pressure cooker ka dhakkan khole aur dhimi aanch per thodi der chamcham ko paka le
  • Gas band kare aur chamcham ko thanda hone de.
  • Sabhi chamcham ko bowl me nikale aur upar se gulabjal dalker halke haatho se mix kare
  • Plate me mava le aur usme illyachi powder dal kar mix kare per mava ko masale nahi
  • Sabhi chamcham bv ko ek ek karke mava me roll kare aur serve kare
