In a large pot ad milk and cook till boils.
When boil simmer the flame and add lime juice to it.
Now milk will start curdling, cook continued stirring.
Few minutes later ad sugar and cook for few minutes more.
Add cocoa powder when aromatic and colour of curdled milk seems light brown.
When all moisture is absorbed switch off the flame and apply evenly on greased thali or tin.
Let it cool for 2 hours then cut into rectangular shape.
Garnish with almonds.
