  • Milk 2 liter

  • Sugar 50 gram

  • Cocoa powder 1 tsp

  • Lime 1

  • Ghee 1/2 tsp

  • Almond for garnishing


  • In a large pot ad milk and cook till boils.
  • When boil simmer the flame and add lime juice to it.
  • Now milk will start curdling, cook continued stirring.
  • Few minutes later ad sugar and cook for few minutes more.
  • Add cocoa powder when aromatic and colour of curdled milk seems light brown.
  • When all moisture is absorbed switch off the flame and apply evenly on greased thali or tin.
  • Let it cool for 2 hours then cut into rectangular shape.
  • Garnish with almonds.
