In a large pot ad milk and cook on medium flame till boils.
When boils ,simmer flamr and ad lime juice in it.
Now milk will start curdling, cook more few minutes, then add sugar and cook till all moisture absorbed and consistency seems like fudge.
Switch off the flame ,meanwhile grease the tin or thali with ghee evenly and spread the mixture evenly .
Let it cool and cut into rectangle pieces.
Garnish with almonds .
